My journey in the nail industry started with a true passion for beauty, but very quickly it became something deeper. I wanted to master structure, retention, shaping, and high-end salon techniques that create flawless, long-lasting results. مسیر من در دنیای ناخن با یک علاقه واقعی به زیبایی شروع شد، اما خیلی زود برای من به چیزی عمیق‌تر تبدیل شد. من می‌خواستم ساختار صحیح، ماندگاری، فرم‌دهی و تکنیک‌های حرفه‌ای سالن را به‌صورت کامل یاد بگیرم؛ تکنیک‌هایی که نتیجه‌ای بی‌نقص و ماندگار ایجاد می‌کنند.

Through my work, I saw that many nail techs struggle with lifting, shaping, speed, and confidence with clients, not because they are not talented, but because they were never taught the right system in the right way. در طول کارم دیدم که خیلی از نیل‌تک‌ها با مشکلاتی مثل لیفت شدن، فرم‌دهی، سرعت کار و اعتماد به نفس در برابر مشتری روبه‌رو هستند؛ نه به این خاطر که استعداد ندارند، بلکه چون سیستم درست را به شکل صحیح یاد نگرفته‌اند.

That is why I created Negin Nail Academy. Inside my courses, I share the exact step-by-step methods, salon-tested techniques, and real business knowledge that helped me build a loyal clientele, create premium services, generate consistent income, and work with confidence behind the table. به همین دلیل نگین نیل آکادمی را ایجاد کردم. در دوره‌های من، روش‌های دقیق و مرحله‌به‌مرحله، تکنیک‌های امتحان‌شده در سالن و دانش واقعی کسب‌وکار را آموزش می‌دهم؛ چیزهایی که به من کمک کرد مشتریان وفادار بسازم، خدمات حرفه‌ای و سطح بالا ارائه دهم، درآمدی پایدار داشته باشم و با اعتماد به نفس پشت میز کار کنم.
